Terms and Conditions

By checking the “I agree” Button, you are agreeing to be bound by the following waiver of liability.  If you do not agree to all of these, do not click “I agree”

• The assembly and installation of products purchased shall be the buyer's own responsibility. “Aries Bicycles”, its owner(s) and employees do not assume any legal liability in relation to the assembly and installation of products.  Aries Bicycle, its owner(s) and employees shall not assume any legal liability for damages to the products, injuries or accidents caused by the assembler.  
• Specifications are subject to changes with out notices.  “Aries Bicycles” do not offer repairs such as flat tires, brake pads, tire replacements or tune-ups.  
• All sales are final. If I, as buyer refuses to accept a shipment I will pay for the shipping costs and restocking fee of 10%.
• Cycling involves many risks of injury or even death. I, as buyer, acknowledge and understand the risks, dangers and hazards associated with cycling including inability to control the bicycle, loss of balance and mechanical failure.  I, as buyer freely accept and assume all such risks dangers, hazards, the possibility of personal injury, death, and property damage or loss resulting therefrom. I, as buyer, agree to waive any and all claims that I may have against “Aries Bicycles”, its owners and employees from any and all liability for loss, damage, expense or injury, including death that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer. I, as buyer certifies that I am over the age of 18 years of age; have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions, and waiver of liability.
