 Small fits: 4'10 to 5'5

Medium fits: 5'3 to 5'7

Large fits: 5'6 to 5'11

The compact sloping top tube first produced by in the late 1990s.  It fits more people with fewer sizes: 4'10 to 5"11 with only S, M and L.  A person 5'3 tall can ride a large frame because of the clearance the frame allows.
